Origins
In July 2003, the Abbey of Citeaux made a building available for ARCCIS to accommodate the European Centre for the Radiation of Cistercian Culture [Centre Européen pour le Rayonnement de la Culture Cistercienne (CERCCIS)]
Three years later, in April 2007, after part of the building had been completely renovated, its use was inaugurated and the Centre began to function.
The Resources Centre houses a library, collections of documents, archives, a picture library.... This specialised centre is intended to be a primary resource for researchers and students, who have access to the collections.
